1. Processing & Handling

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Drops & High Volume: During new collection launches or holiday seasons, processing may take up to 7 business days.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays. You will receive a notification if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders over $75

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information usually becomes active within 24 hours of shipment.

4. International Shipping

oneinchrist. currently ships to USA, Canada, UK

  • Customs & Duties: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. oneinchrist. is not responsible for these charges; they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there is an error in your shipping address, please contact us at [Insert Email] within 2 hours of placing your order. Once an order is processed, the address cannot be changed.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

oneinchrist. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Missing Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
